Description 34 y/o Christian Man looking for a male roommate. Im a non-smoker, non-partier, non drinker. Looking for a roommate with similar interests to share my 2 bed - 1 bath home. House is clean and well kept and only 8 years old. $550 per month includes all utilities (Security System, Natural Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, Electricity, Internet, Land-line, Dish) and use of appliances. I've already taken into account the lack of use for the garage and the basement, so this has already been deducted. $500 security deposit(Without references) plus First and Last Months rent up front.
