Title Yard Maintenance / Handyman
Description We have a large, mature yard in west Greeley & need someone to help maintain it. 15-20 hours/week during the spring, summer & fall 2010. Schedule flexible. Your own tools & pickup preferred but not required. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently but take direction. Prefer experience with landscaping, water features, sprinkler systems, tree care, small engine/motor repair, etc. Regular yard maintenance, flower & vegetable gardens, "wild" space, painting, exterior building maintenance, trash hauling, etc. May have teenage assistant(s) available. Will not include routine mowing. Possibly could trade garden space for work. References required. Wage negotiable. Must have own insurance. Can begin as soon as details can be worked out.
