| Description | I'm 24 years old and moving back home to save money. I'm looking for someone to sub-lease my townhouse from Jan through May. I live in the Tuscany Town homes off 47th Ave and 37th Street by Honda of Greeley. I have two female roommates. One is 30 and a school teacher and the other is 19 and a student. Both are very clean and organized and friendly. The room that is for lease is the master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom. Rent is $366 and utilities is about $40 give or take.
